Everyone goes through a slump now and again. Organize
Sort out what tasks take priority. Secondly, sort them into categories, so you are not jumping around to complete tasks. Instead of overwhelming yourself by looking at a long list of things to do, start with the top two priorities.
Exercise!
When you exercise, your body releases endorphins, otherwise known as the ‘happy hormone.’ Plus, while you exercise, your brain activates, which helps you to find answers to your problems that you had not thought of before. It is hard to be lazy when you have more momentum!
Relax
A bit of rest is essential now and again. Whether you get a full night’s sleep, make time to read your favorite book, or splurge on a professional massage, a well-rested body is going to function much better than a stressed and tired person.
Focus
This one is often the hardest. Hours upon hours upon hours can are wasted scrolling through social media when you could be doing something much more productive. Turn off the T.V., and put down your phone – it is time to get off social media procrastination networks!
